The scientific and business programme is formed in accordance with the list of priority national projects adopted by the Presidential Decree, taking into account main topical sections of the Forum’s exposition.
It is planned to discuss most topical issues related to state policy and intergovernmental cooperation in defence sphere and in protection of national interests.
In order to enhance quality of the business programme, events will be moderated by well-known public figures, leading scientists, experts and general designers.
Conference halls and meeting rooms allow to hold events with up to 3,200 people simultaneously.
In order to extend geography of the business programme, participants will be able to use video conference systems during the event.
The scientific and business program is based on proposals from military authorities, federal executive authorities and organizations on the most pressing issues of development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the military-industrial complex of Russia and international military-technical cooperation.
A distinctive feature of the scientific and business program of the upcoming Forum will be the structuring of events into four groups, taking into account the nomenclature of passports of scientific specialties. This will link the formed groups into a single logical chain for the development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, from strategic planning in accordance with the Military doctrine of the Russian Federation to issues of economic and legal support.
The most significant events of the scientific and business program will be a plenary session on artificial intelligence technologies in the interests of creating military complexes and systems with a series of poster events at the ERA exposition, as well as a plenary session and a congress, organized jointly with the Government of the Russian Federation, dedicated to the issues of defence industry diversification Russia.
Within the framework of the Forum, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation is planning to sign state contracts with industrial enterprises.
