More than 1,500 grenade launcher operators of the Western MD started performing combat firing
The final field training of grenade launcher operators takes place in the Western MD. More than 1,500 servicemen will perform combat firing at three ranges of Central and Northwestern regions of Russia.
Each servicemen is to perform up to 10 control shots from RPG-7 and AGS-17. The servicemen will fire more than 20,000 munitions.
After taking positions, the servicemen are to engaged targets, which will imitate manpower and armored vehicles of the simulated enemy, with PG-7VL and VOG-17 grenades.
