General information on the application of measures for the reconciliation of opposing sides
Preliminary truce agreements with representatives of inhabited localities of the Hama province have been achieved.
The total number of settlements, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has remained 74.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with a field commander of an armed opposition detachment active in the Damascus province.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings has remained 52.
Results of ceasefire monitoring
The ceasefire regime has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 8 ceasefire violations have been registered (Aleppo – 5, Damascus – 3).
In the north of the Aleppo province, formations of Free Syrian Army attacked pro-government troops near Tell Raf’at. Maraanaz has been blocked.
Militants of Ahrar al-Sham grouping, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, performed shelling with multiple launch rocket systems against al-Khalidiyah amd al-Zagra in Aleppo for two times.
In Damascus, Jaysh al-Islam militarized formation carried out mortar shelling against living houses in Dahiyat al-Asad, Masaqid Barza and Bastin Abu Jarash.
Russian Aerospace Forces did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Al-Gasbiyah and al-Yamama (Homs province) have received 3 tons of humanitarian cargos.
Medical workers of the Centre have provided medical assistance to 36 civilians.
Humanitarian convoys for citizens of two inhabited areas in the Hama province are being formed.
Syrian Ministry of Health in cooperation with Syrian Arab Red Crescent carried out polio vaccination for children in blocked Fuah and Kafr Khayah (Idlib province), Zabadin and Madayah (Damascus province).
In al-Qaryatayn (Homs province), Syrian repair brigades have cleaned 22 meters of streets from obstructions, and recovered 200 meters of electricity transmitting lines. Syrian sappers have cleaned 100 meters of roads and defused 5 demolition bombs.
In Abtin (Aleppo province), water and electricity supply systems are being recovered. 320 families have already returned back to their houses in Abtin.
In the Latakia province, militants of Jabhat al-Nusra continue shelling against the government troops near Kbana.
