General information on the application of measures for the reconciliation of opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements with representatives of 6 inhabited areas in the Hama province have been achieved.
The total number of settlements, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 80.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been held with a field commander of an armed opposition detachment active in the Damascus province.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings has remained 52.
Results of ceasefire monitoring
The ceasefire regime has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 8 ceasefire violations have been registered (Latakia– 4, Damascus and Aleppo – 2).
Militants of Ahrar al-Sham carried out mortar shelling against positions of the government troops near Sandran, Beit Smaira, Nehshebba and Ain al-Ashara (Latakia province) and al-Ramusi (Aleppo).
In Damascus, Jaysh al-Islam units performed mortar shelling against living houses in Dahiyat al-Asad and Masaqid Barza.
Russian Aerospace Forces did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Jnana (Hama province) has received 3 tons of humanitarian cargos.
Medical workers of the Centre have provided medical assistance to 22 civilians.
Humanitarian convoys for citizens of inhabited areas in the Damascus province are being formed.
In the Latakia province, militants of Jabhat al-Nusra continue mortar shelling against the government troops near Kbana.
In the Homs province, ISIS militants carried out mortar shelling against Deir al-Sharqi.
“Silence regime” will be established near Eastern Ghuta (suburbs of Damascus) during 24 hours and in northern regions of the Latakia province during 72 hours starting from 12 a.m. on April 30 by Russian and American sides under with the approval of leadership of the Syrian Arab Republic and formations of moderate oppositions.
