General information on the application of measures for the reconciliation of opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreement with representatives of an inhabited area in the Hama province has been achieved.
The total number of settlements, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 92.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been held with a field commander of an armed opposition detachment active in the Damascus province.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings has remained 52.
Results of ceasefire monitoring
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 14 ceasefire violations have been registered (Aleppo province – 10, Latakia province – 4).
In Aleppo, opposition formations carried out shelling with multiple launch rocket systems against al-Khalidiyah, al-Sabil, Sheikh Maqsood, and al-Nairab airport.
In the Latakia province, militants of Ahrar al-Sham grouping, which had claimed to belong to opposition, performed mortar shelling against Ard al-Wata. Al-Islam al-Turkestani grouping carried out two shellings against positions of the government troops near Abu Ali mountain.
Russian Aerospace Forces did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Kaukab (Hama province) have received more than 8 tons of humanitarian cargos. Food products were the basis of the cargos.
Medical workers of the Centre for reconciliation have provided medical assistance to 62 civilians.
Humanitarian convoys to inhabited localities of the Aleppo and Homs provinces are being formed.
In al-Qaryatayn (Homs province), Syrian repair brigades have cleaned 20 meters of streets from obstructions, recovered 250 meters of electricity transmitting lines. Syrian sappers have defused 74 demolition bombs.
Militants of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist grouping continue shelling against north-western regions of Aleppo. Mortar fire was opened against Handrat and Hailan for three times.
