General information on the application of measures for the reconciliation of opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, truce agreements with representatives of 2 inhabited areas in the Homs province have been achieved.
The total number of inhabited areas, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 122.
A ceasefire agreement has been achieved with field commander of armed grouping in the Damascus province.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings has reached 60.
Results of ceasefire monitoring
The ceasefire has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 3 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Aleppo province.
Formations of Jaysh al-Islam, which had claimed to belong to opposition, fired against al-Halidia and al-Zagra sectors of Aleppo with multiple launch rocket system. The last one has been shelled twice.
“Silence regime” has been prolonged in Eastern Ghuta and Darayya (Damascus province) for 48 hours under approval of all concerned sides
Russian Aerospace Forces and Syrian Air Force did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Humanitarian convoys for Syrian people are being formed.
Russian aircraft using parachute systems have delivered 37 tons of food products received from the UN to Deir ez-Zor, which had been besieged by ISIS militants.
Working meeting with representatives of nongovernmental organization for reconciliation in the Syrian Arab Republic has been held in the Russian Centre for reconciliation. Prospects of restoration of the national unity on the Syrian territory and providing humanitarian aid to people in various districts of the country have been discussed.
Groupings of Jabhat al-Nusra international terrorist organization continue performing provocative actions aimed at breaking the ceasefire down.
Armed formations of Jabhat al-Nusra shelled Ard al-Wata, Hakur Tahtani and Haddada (Latakia province); airport and al-Zaka, Hamamiyat, al-Rukeita (Hama province); eastern region of Manshiya sector (Daraa province). Jabhat al-Nusra formations have launched offensive from Khan al-Shikh and Zaakia, and have captured Deir Habiyah settlement.
Near Palmyra (Homs province), the government troops continue forcing ISIS terrorist formations out of their positions.
