Aerobatic teams of the Aerospace Forces of Russia will represent updated programmes at the Army-2017 International Military-Technical Forum
Aerobatic teams of the Aerospace Forces will represent updated programmes at the Army-2017 International Military-Technical Forum, which will be held from 22 till 27 of August in the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Center. The information was given to journalists by the commander of the Aerospace Forces of Russia Colonel General Viktor Bondarev.
«We have added a few episodes in the flight programme to show the growth and skill of our pilot teams. Moreover, it is planned to hold a retro aviation performance. We don’t tell now about the planes engaged in this performance as we are preparing a surprise for guests and participants of the Forum», - said Viktor Bondarev.
All the aerobatic teams of the Russian Aerospace Forces will fly during the forum days. The Swifts, the Russian Knights, the Russian Falcons and the Golden Eagles teams are among them. Berkuts are the only aerobatic team in the World using Mi-28N combat helicopters. The capabilities of the aircraft will be demonstrated above the Alabino range and the Kubinka airfield. The spectators will see air battle will imitation of missile launches from Pantsyr-S anti-aircraft missile and gun complexes.
Also the Aerospace Forces prepared a large-scale exposition at the Kubinka airfield for the Forum. There will be shown Tu-160, Tu-95 and Tu-23M3 strategic missile carriers, the whole range of combat helicopters, jet fighters and bombers of the Russian Aerospace Forces, transport planes and Yak-130 combat training plane. T-50 plane is planned to be shown at closed exposition. The hardware of the Air Defence troops will be shown at the Patriot center. Podlet-K1 and Nebo-M radar stations, S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile system and Pantsyr-S complex will be shown at this exposition.
