Army Scout Masters contest commences in Orenburg region, Central Military District
A total of 100 best scouts of the Central Military District are involved in the Army Scout Masters competition which have commenced in Orenburg region.
There are also teams of formations and military units stationed in the Urals, Volga region, Siberia, as well as the Russian military base in Tajikistan.
The Army Scout Masters contest is comprised of all the modern scout missions. Servicemen use the Strelets intelligence, control and signal complex to locate of the given object, and then in groups compete in a secret advance to the objective and delivery of ammunition under hostile fire.
The team representing the Ural tank division has taken the lead following the results of the first day.
The contest will last till May 20, and following the results, the CMD team will be formed to represent the district at the all-army stage.
