Over 10 thousand servicemen improve their professional skills at training ranges
The Eastern Military District troops are performing their training tasks during combat drills at ranges in the Republic of Buryatia, Trans-Baikal, Khabarovsk, Primorye, Kamchatka Territories, Amur, Sakhalin Regions, and Jewish Autonomous Region.
Servicemen of motorised rifle, tank, artillery, marine infantry, signal communications, air defence, NBC protection and electronic warfare units are to improve their professional skills in the framework of the drills.
In total, the Eastern Military District’s training process involves more than 2,000 pieces of military hardware from formations and military units and more than 10,000 troops, of which about 3,000 are undergoing intensive combat training.?
