A large anti-submarine ship (destroyer) of the Northern Fleet "Vice-Admiral Kulakov" began to pass the Bosphorus Strait, connecting the Black and Marmara seas.
Yesterday the ship left the main base of the Black Sea Fleet — Sevastopol. In the Black sea, the North sea sailors took part in a joint exercise of the Northern and Black Sea Fleets.
The passage of the Strait zone (Bosphorus and Dardanelles) will be completed by Russian sailors tomorrow morning and will continue to perform the tasks of the campaign in the Mediterranean sea. It is planned that the crew of the destroyer "Vice Admiral Kulakov" will make a business call in one of the countries of the region.
Destroyer "Vice-Admiral Kulakov" went on a campaign from the main base of the Northern Fleet — Severomorsk-on December 3, made the passage in difficult hydrometeorological conditions through the Norwegian, Northern and Mediterranean seas to the Black sea.
In the first decade of January, the crew of the destroyer together with the missile cruiser "Marshal Ustinov", ships and support vessels of the Black Sea Fleet took part in a major inter-fleet exercise.
