Chinese entrepreneur gave Russia more than 1 million masks and 200 thousand tests to detect COVID-19
Russian Aerospace Forces aircrafts delivered more than 1 million masks and 200 thousand tests for detecting coronavirus infection, donated to the Russian Defence Ministry by a famous Chinese entrepreneur, an honorary member of the Russian Geographical Society, Jack Ma.
During a telephone conversation with Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, the entrepreneur noted that he was deeply touched by the assistance that Russia provided during the development of the coronavirus pandemic in the People's Republic of China.
Jack Ma thanked the Russian Defence Minister for his support and stressed that he is helping Russia now and will continue this work as a sign of deep respect and friendly relations with the head of the Russian military Department.
In turn, Sergei Shoigu thanked Jack Ma for the transferred cargo. "You are a true friend of our country! We are grateful for Your selfless efforts to assist in the fight against coronavirus. I not only appreciate our friendly relations, but also value them," the Defence Minister said.
