Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh have already escorted some 48,840 refugees back to their homes

Russian peacekeepers escorted another convoy of refugees who returned to their homes in Nagorno-Karabakh from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

146 refugees were delivered by buses from Yerevan to Stepanakert.

A total of 48,840 refugees have already returned to their permanent homes in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Russian peacekeepers provide the security of the return of the citizens to their places of permanent residence, the humanitarian aid, the restoration of civil infrastructure facilities.

Round-the-clock monitoring of the situation and monitoring of compliance with the ceasefire regime at twenty-three observation posts are being conducted.

In accordance with the agreements specified in the joint statement of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, a complete cease-fire and all military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh were declared from 00: 00 Moscow time on November 10 this year.

A peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation has been deployed to monitor the ceasefire and military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh.
