The practical stage of the all-army “Aviadarts” competition to take place in the Ryazan Region in July
The all-army stage of the “Aviadarts” professional skills competition will take place in the Ryazan Region in July.
More than 50 crews of tactical, long-range, military transport and Army aviation, who selected from the units and large units of the Russian Aerospace Forces and military districts, will take part in the competition.
The competition will be held on the airfields in Ryazan, Kaluga and Bryansk Regions, as well as on the Dubovichi training ground in the Ryazan Region.
The targets and infrastructure objects have already been assembled on the training ground which will witness the practical stage of the competition. In particular, every competitor will be assigned personal targets simulating the equipment of the opposing force and rewarding. Moreover, training ground will be equipped with 12 types of targets (tactical, gunnery, bombing and radar), including an airfield with two scramble planes on the ready, air defence systems on launching sites, a tank company on the march, mechanized infantry in the deployed command post area, as well as a system of automotive vehicle models.
More than 200 crews of the Russian Aerospace Forces have taken part in the qualification phase of the “Aviadarts” competition.
More than 30 airfields and over 150 aircraft of 15 types were involved in the competition, including the Su-27SM3, Su-30SM, Su-35S, MiG-29SMT fighters, Su-24M and Su-34 bombers, Su-25 attack aircraft of various modifications, Mi-8, Mi-24, Mi-35, Mi-28N and Ka-52 helicopters and other aircraft.
