In Nakhabino (Moscow region), on the basis of the International Mine Action Center of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, a group of 15 foreign military personnel from the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan began training.
The training is conducted in the specialties "specialist in the field of humanitarian demining", "commander of a demining unit", "specialist in countering improvised explosive devices" and will last until December 25. At the end of the training, qualifying final exams will be held with the issuance of state-recognized diplomas.
All practical exercises are conducted at specially equipped areas of the training complex by teachers with experience in combat and humanitarian demining. The facilities of the training and material base have been created and are constantly being improved taking into account the experience of performing tasks in Syria and Laos, as well as the periodic receipt of new information about modified improvised explosive devices used by terrorists in various "hot spots" of the world.
