In the signal units of the army corps of the Air Defence Forces in Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands, the qualifying stage of the Confident Reception 2021 compe-tition has started
In the signal units of the army corps of the Eastern Military District on Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands, as part of the international army games, the qualifying stage of the Confident Reception competition has started.
During the competition, the crews need to deploy radio relay communication lines and broadband wireless access networks as soon as possible, organize stable communication channels between the unit and the command, connect to the communication system of stationary objects.
All missions are carried out in difficult jamming conditions, in opposition to sabotage and reconnaissance groups of a mock enemy and the use of weapons of mass destruction.
More than 100 military personnel take part in the competition and about 30 pieces of signal equipment are involved, including mobile radio relay stations.
At this stage, the best signal specialists are determined in the formations and military units of the army corps of the Air Defence Forces, who will further defend the honor of the island region in the district stage of the competition.
