Sergei PinchukCommander of the Caspian Flotilla, Rear-Admiral
Vice Admiral Sergey Pinchuk was born on July 26, 1971, in Sevastopol city , the Ukrainian SSR.
The officer began his service in the Baltic Fleet, as commander of an anti-aircraft missile battery of a missile-artillery unit of a destroyer.
In 2004, after graduating from the Naval Military Academy named after Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov, he continued service in the Baltic Fleet from the commander of a destroyer then as commander of a brigade and then as chief of staff/first deputy commander of the Leningrad naval base.
Then in 2011 he was appointed Commander of the Novorossiysk naval base, the Black Sea Fleet.
In 2016, after graduating from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Vice Admiral Sergey Pinchuk was appointed Commander of the Caspian Flotilla by decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
He is married and has a son and daughter.
