Caspian Flotilla ship crews prepare for Naval Parade
Caspian Flotilla servicemen began preparations for the Naval Parade dedicated to Navy Day. Crews of Caspian Flotolla ships conducted the first training session in Astrakhan.
More than 800 servicemen were involved in the training. The missile ships Dagestan and Tatarstan, the small artillery ship Astrakhan, the missile boat Stupinets, the minesweeper Magomed Gadzhiyev, the auxiliary vessel SFP-95, the de-magnetizing ship SR-933, as well as the boat of the Commander of Caspian Flotilla Albatross.
As part of the training, the crews practice 10 main episodes of the parade.
After the end of the holiday, residents and guests of Astrakhan will be able to visit ships of the Caspian Flotilla and familiarize themselves with the samples of weapons, military and special equipment.
In total about 40 warships, boats and auxiliary vessels will be involved in parade.
