The branch of the Patriot park in Sevastopol is preparing for Army 2020 military-technical forum
Engineering units of the Black Sea Fleet are completing preparations for the Patriot branch in Sevastopol for the Army 2020 military-technical forum.
In preparation for the Forum, work is underway to improve sites for static and dynamic display of equipment, as well as for places for expositions of forum participants at the Yuzhny airfield.
The servicemen are preparing the park's exhibits, including aviation equipment and equipment of the coastal forces of the fleet for static display, and also continue to prepare the site for a dynamic display of the capabilities of the T-72BZ tank, which is in service with the coastal defence unit of the Black Sea Fleet army corps.
The overall readiness of the facility is over 70 percent.
The Army 2020 International Military-Technical Forum will be held at the end of August in accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation. According to the decision of the commander of the Southern Military District, the Patriot Park branch in Sevastopol is one of the forum sites.
