Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, Colonel GeneralBiography
Born on 13 October 1968 in Sary-Ozek (Kerbulak region) of Taldy-Kurgan region.
In 1990, he graduated from the Ulyanovsk Higher Military-Technical School of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
In 1999, he graduated from the Military Academy for rear and transport named after General of the Army A.V. Khrulev of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
In 2010, he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
From 1990 to 2011, he served in various posts in the Western Group of Forces, Moscow, Far East, and Western Military Districts.
From February 2011 to October 2011, he served as deputy head of the department - head of the division (Operational Planning) of the Directorate (Operational Planning) of the Logistical and Coordination Department of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
From October 2011 to December 2012, he served as Chief of the Central Military District's Logistics Planning and Coordination Directorate.
From 2012 to 2018, he served as Deputy Commander of the Central Military District for Logistical Support.
From 2018 to 2024, he served as Deputy Commander of the Western Military District for Logistical Support.
In March 2024, by the Presidential Decree, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
He was awarded the Orders 'For Merit Before the Fatherland' IV class, 'For Courage', 'Aleksandr Nevsky', 'For Military Service', 'Medal of the Order of Merit Before the Fatherland' I class with the swords, 'For Service Before the Fatherland' II Class, and other medals.
Married and has two children.
