She was born on 9 May 1972 in Ivanovo.
She graduated from Ivanovo State Medical Academy, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, State University of Management, and Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
She worked as a psychiatrist at the Bogorodskoye psychiatric hospital (Ivanovo region).
From 2001 to 2002, she worked for Medtekhsnab Organisation of the Federal Agency for Health and Social Development.
From 2002 to 2016, she held senior positions in companies that supplied medical equipment to the Russian market.
In 2018–2023, she was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kolmar Group coal company.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the Board of the Government of the Russian Federation for Social Care and a member of the Board of the Eurasian Women's Forum of the Council of the Russian Federation.
In 2023–2024, she was the Chairman of the State Fund for Support of Participants in the Special Military Operation 'Defenders of the Fatherland'.
By presidential decree of 17 June 2024, she has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
She is awarded the Gratitude by the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
She is Candidate of Economics.
