Born on 3 September 1981 in Moscow.
A graduate of the Moscow Suvorov Military School (1998)
He graduated with honours from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (2003),
Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (2005).
In 2005–2006, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
He did his military service in the period from 2006 to 2012.
From 2012 to 2015, he was Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo).
From 2015 to June 2024, he served as Deputy Head of the Administrative directorate of the President of the Russian Federation, First Head of the Administrative directorate of the President of the Russian Federation.
By presidential decree of 17 June 2024, he has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
Full State Counsellor 1st Class of the Russian Federation.
