Biography
Born on 30 December 1972 in Novosibirsk.
He graduated from the Siberian University of Consumer Cooperation (1997), Siberian State Transport University(2004), Siberian Research Institute of Agricultural Economics (2007).
Until 1997, he worked in various commercial structures.
1997-1998 - Controller-Auditor in the Office of the Control and Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in the Novosibirsk Region.
1998 - Senior Controller-Auditor in the Office of the Control and Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in the Novosibirsk Region.
1999-2004 - Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief - Chief Accountant, Deputy Head of Directorate - Division Chief of the Directorate of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk Region Administration.
2004-2008 - Acting Head of Directorate, Head of the Directorate of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk Region Administration.
2008-2010 - Head of the Department of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk Region.
2010-2011 - Acting Minister of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk Region, Minister of Finance and Tax Policy of the Novosibirsk Region.
2011-2012 - Acting First Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, First Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region in the Novosibirsk Region Governor's Administration.

2018-2024 - First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.
On 17 June 2024, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
