General information on the application of measures for the reconciliation of opposing sides
Within last 24 hours, preliminary truce agreements have been signed with representatives of an inhabited locality of the Homs province.
The total number of settlements, the leaders of which had signed reconciliation agreements, has reached 62.
Negotiations on joining ceasefire regime have been continued with a field commander of an armed opposition detachment active in the Damascus province.
The number of ceasefire application forms signed with leaders of armed groupings has remained 50.
Results of ceasefire monitoring
The ceasefire regime has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 5 ceasefire violations have been registered in the Latakia province.
Formations of Ahrar al-Sham grouping, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, continued shelling with mortars and improvised multiple launch rocket systems against Sandran, Beit Smaira, Shakur Tahtani, Ruweisa Rashu and Kermel. Two citizens were killed and four ones received wounds of different severity.
Russian Aerospace Forces did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Humanitarian aid to the population of Syria
Citizens of Mesherfa (Homs province) have received 3 received three tons of humanitarian cargos. Food products are the basis of the cargos. Medical workers of the Centre for reconciliation provided humanitarian aid to 28 civilians.
The Syrian leadership has delivered 22 tons of food products using Russian parachute systems to Deir ez-Zor, which had been besieged by ISIS terrorists.
Humanitarian convoy for Syrian internally displaced persons in the Latakia province is being formed.
The Russian Centre has held session with representatives of operational group of the Higher National Committee of the Syrian Arab Republic. Issues of recovering infrastructure of Palmyra and al-Qaryatayn, returning of people to their houses and providing security were discussed.
ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra militants continue performing provocation acts against civilians and the government troops in the Aleppo, Idlib and Damascus provinces.
Militants of Jabhat al-Nusra took efforts to launch offensive on positions of the government troops near Handrat (Aleppo province) after performing artillery shelling. Units of the Syrian Armed Forces have repelled the attack.
Jabhat al-Nusra formations continued firing with mortars and sniper weapons against Fuah and Kafr Khaya (Idlib province).
In Damascus, Jabhat al-Nusra militants carried out mortar shelling against a hospital near Harasta and a health resort near Dahiyat al-Asad.
As a result, seven civilians (including a child) were killed and eight ones were wounded.
