Bastion, Bal, Bereg missile and artillery battalions of Black Sea Fleet conduct exercises at training grounds of Crimea
The personnel of Bastion, Bal, Bereg anti-ship coastal systems of the missile and artillery units of the Black Sea Fleet conducts a series of exercises at combat training grounds in the Republic of Crimea. The exercises are held as part of the camp assembly of missile and artillery units from the army corps and coastal fleet forces.
At the beggining stage, the personnel of the battalions and batteries practiced a set of training measures for putting into combat readiness with the release of equipment from the parks, marches to the assembly area and further transition to combat training grounds.
At the next stages of the exercises, the crews of military hardware will practice their advance to the positional areas designated for firing, preparing for firing and changing the firing positions after launches.
The final stage of the exercises will be the fulfillment by battalions of tasks to destroy the naval groups of a mock enemy at sea with the performance of missile and artillery firing at sea targets.
The camp assembly involved more than 200 units of weapons and special harware and about 1,000 servicemen from the missile and artillery units of the army corps and coastal forces of the Black Sea Fleet.
