Central MD's military railway servicemen restore railways in Lugansk People's Republic

During the special military operation, Central MD's military railway personnel cleared and restored over 150km of railway tracks and four railway bridges in the liberated territories of LPR.

About 200 different mines, tripwires and grenade bombs were discovered and defused by Central Military District's engineer units. All detected explosive devices were defused, then evacuated to safety place and destroyed.

Local railway workers have also joined the rebuilding work, working alongside Russian srvicemen to repair the track.

The restoration of railways allowed for the prompt delivery of food, construction materials and essential supplies from Russia to the liberated territories of LPR.
